Notice to Bidders: Bids for the following items must be received in the Purchasing Office by 11:00 AM on the advertised opening date. Late bids will not be accepted, regardless of postmark or carrier mishandling. The bids received by the deadline will be opened publicly, at 11:00 AM on the opening date, and vendors are invited to attend.
To obtain a bid package containing the specifications and required bid documents, the name and address of your firm must be provided to the Purchasing Office. To receive a bid package you must call the Purchasing Office at (631) 852-5196. Bid packages may also be picked up in person at the Purchasing Office, 360 Yaphank Avenue, Yaphank, NY 11980 between 7:30 AM and 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday. BID PACKAGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM.
