The Commissioners of Elections (the “Commissioners”) of the Suffolk County Board of Elections (the “Board”) are seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide support services for the Board’s voter registration and election system and the Board’s infrastructure and computer equipment.
Notice is hereby given that proposals must be received by the Commissioners of Elections, County of Suffolk, Yaphank Avenue, Yaphank, New York 11980 by 11:00 a.m. on February 11, 2010.
Proposers are also required to attend a site visit at the Board’s offices in Yaphank.
Copies of the Request for Proposals and all required submission forms my be obtained at the offices of the Board of Elections, or by e-mail request to Tom Knobel at Thomas.knobel@suffolkcountyny.gov, or at the Board of Election’s website at http://www.suffolkcountyny.gov/departments/boardofelections.aspx on or after December 16, 2009.
Technical questions regarding specifications which are e-mailed to Tom Knobel at Thomas.knobel@suffolkcountyny.gov by January 14, 2010 will be answered by January 21, 2010. Administrative questions may be addressed to Tom Knobel at 631-852-4561.
The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all Proposals.
